September has been another busy month here at EBP HQ.
We released the September edition of our Dollars and Sense newsletter, which includes articles outlining recent tax changes which affect contractors, companies (including close companies and LTC's), through to creditors who deal with companies with large tax debts.
We've also posted part 14 of our "Strategies for business success" blog article series, which concludes our 3-part "Accounting software - how to choose the right one for you" mini-series. We hope you have found them informative - feel free to leave us some feedback in the 'Blog Comments' section of part 3 . Read part 1 and part 2 here.
Lastly, a bitter-sweet "meet the team" segment this month as we say goodbye to Sandra, who has decided to retire, and welcome Renee, her successor to the receptionist throne.

Meet the team

Farewell to: Sandra Crene
|
Sandra, a long-serving staff-member and, for the past few years, our friendly receptionist, is leaving us TODAY (gasp!) to enjoy a charmed life of rest and relaxation.
She has run our reception like a well-oiled machine, as well as expertly managed our clients' commercial properties, and in the process earned herself a lot of respect for her friendly yet professional dealings.
Sandra has decided to retire so she can pursue her love of travel and adventure, spend more time with her partner and family, and enjoy more of the lovely nature walks Northland has to offer (it all sounds pretty good, we're a teensy bit jealous!) She will be missed by our team but we hope she won't be a stranger around the office.

Introducing: Renee Marais
|
Renee will be taking over the reins from Sandra at our reception desk. She has been busily learning the in's and out's of her new position over the past week and a half.
We will introduce Renee properly in a future "Meet the team" segment, but for now we just want to offer her a warm welcome, and let our clients know to expect her friendly voice when they next contact our office.
